GHA Membership Payment & Farm Name Registration
| This page has been set up to provide online membership services for the GHA. You will need to complete the membership application form below and then use the appropriate PayPal button to make your payment. Just click the button below the membership option you have selected. You will then be directed to the PayPal site where you can set up a new PayPal account or use an existing account. Please note that PayPal offers payment through credit cards as well as checking account withdrawal, please be sure you choose the correct option. Once you have made your payment you will be returned to this page. You may also choose to print off and mail your application with payment to the address on the form or fax it to (802) 419-3393. You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to open the form, if you do not have it, click the following link to download before opening the form Get Adobe Reader 8.0 Once you open the Membership Application form you can save it to your computer by clicking the "Save As" button from the file menu. You can then attach the form to an email and send it to secretary@gypsyhorseassociation.org You may also print off a copy of the form and mail it with your payment to the address on the form.
