New Registration Application
This form is for Newly Registered Horses that have not been registered
with one of the qualifying registries (GCSA, GCDHA, GVHS). If you have
already registered your horse with one of these organizations, click
here. This type of registration is available to both Members and Non-
Members.
FEE – 80.00 Members / 130.00 Non-members
REQUIREMENTS – Submit completed application, Submit DNA to
the University of Kentucky, Submit Four Photos, Front, Rear, Left
and Right Side. Submission by email is required.

existing account or will be instructed on how to set up a new account
